These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and EV777 ("Platform", "We" or "Company") regarding the use of ev777.one and all related services.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the EV777 Platform, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this document by reference.

EV777 accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, local digital wallets, and other methods available at the time. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and are subject to change from time to time. The latest information on these limits is available in the Deposit section of your account.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 60 minutes on standard business days.
• EV777 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals; however, your bank may impose its own charges.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the EV777 account holder.
• EV777 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding the stipulated limit.

A wagering requirement is a condition that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to a cash balance eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement rate is clearly stated on each promotional offer.

• Ev777's total liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the preceding 12 months.
• EV777 is not liable for any failure caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party actions.
• Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

EV777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website or upon notice being sent to members via their registered email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the EV777 Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with the amendments made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our customer support team. Unused and eligible funds will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with established procedures.
